Here are the last of the photos we took while disassembling the iPhone.

To get to the LCD screen you nee to remove a series of tiny screws around the chrome bezel. Once you do that you can pop it off.

We didn’t do a full removal of the LCD. Quite frankly that would probably be the most daunting task of all since we’d have to peel away the entire thing from the iPhones front facia. Instead, the iPhone was put back together at this point. And yes, it still works. It’s just not activated just yet.
