Swirling around the rumor mill this past weekend were reports that Apple has reportedly doubled its iPhone production for the launch of its new models which are slated to arrive in the June/July timeframe.
Some have speculated that the next iPhone might have video editing capabilities, while others are almost certain that there will be multiple versions of the phone.
Fueling the fire even more is the fact that code diggers have found evidence in the iPhone OS 3.0 that leads them to firmly believe that these new features are coming. Some features that have been turning up are:
- Radio tuners (FM/AM radio)
- Video Editing capabilities
- More Storage (32 GB)
- and more...
In any case, whatever Cupertino has planned for us, it looks to be an exciting summer as I'm sure that Apple will be hard pressed to give up their lead to competing "smartphones."
