Wow over the past few days there's been some exciting rumors floating around the internet. First off, ever since the iPhone OS 2.2.1 was released, people have been "hacking" the source to see if they could find anything...And sure enough what they did find was evidence of an iPhone 2.1 or basically a 3rd generation iPhone. We all know that these past two years, Apple has re-freshed the iphone in the June/July timeframe and I'm sure we'll be seeing another model this year. In any case, for more details, have a look at the source, PinchMedia.
Now as far as Flash coming to the iPhone...this is something that iPhoners have wanted since the beginning, I mean it's up there with Cut and Paste. Maybe the case was made that Flash either 1) drains too much battery or 2) isn't good enough for the mobile experience...BUT I feel that Flash isn't on the iPhone because it would actually compete with the iTunes app/games experience. In any case, it seems that now Apple and Adobe are "collaborating" on bringing Flash to the iPhone. Read the full story on Bloomberg.
