Apple & AT&T Being Sued in California

According to a report from AppleInsider.com, Apple and AT&T are being sued for sub-par iPhone 3G network performance by a customer by the name of William Gillis. In his 18-page complaint, Gillis goes on to complain that AT&T and Apple misled customers into believing that the iPhone 3G is twice as fast as the original iPhone.

Gillis hopes to gain compensation for all AT&T subscribers in California and put an end to the ads exaggerating the iPhone 3Gs speed.
