Apple has reportedly ordered 24 - 25 million 2nd generation iPhone handsets from Foxconn according to the Chinese newspaper Commercial Times. Right off the bat, shipments of the 3G iPhone are expected to top three million units in June alone.
We expect to hear more details as we approach June. No word on how AT&T will handle customers who intend to upgrade their handsets.
