Is there a 2nd Generation iPhone?

Reports from various readers are coming in regarding a "2nd generation" iPhone, even before the first on is out!

According to various sources online, it seems that the Taiwanese manufacturer Quanta has said it received an order fro 5 million iPhones which will be shipped in September. How people are getting a 2nd gen iPhone from this information is beyond us. This could simply mean they are ordering for the European market but we'll entertain the gossip of a 2nd generation iPhone (we highly doubt it though).
